I'm the owner of a 2021 Durango SRT as of early February. White Knuckle (PW7) with the blackout package. So far, my only regret is not ordering one because I really wanted the red seat belts. This beast has already been given some lovin' with a premium detail. 2-step correction, PPF covering the entire front end including the headlights and fogs, A- and B-pillars, roof (to the back of the sunroof), rockers (even the rear bumper lower valence), door handle cups and wheel arches. All with a full ceramic coating as well as the wheels and calipers. All this treatment sure makes it a breeze to wash! Windows were tinted with Stek NEX Series film; 70% windshield and rears and 15% on the fronts. Removed all badging but kept and relocated the SRT badge to the center of the lift gate, just above the handle. Just to be unique like everyone else
. For having factory exhaust, I really love how this 392 sounds!
The wife and I are expecting our first rugrat and I needed a family friendly vehicle. I certainly could not have something boring! New to Durango's and Hemi's but have been around and into cars and trucks for quite some time. Mopar or no car, though
However, I'm not new to Dodge as I also have a 1990 D-350 with a 12v Cummins that I've modified significantly. A single cab truck is snug enough for just 2 people.
I'm very interested in learning the in's and out's of this Durango as well as just about any other vehicle.
Looking forward to every little thing that I can learn. I'm sure ya'll will love to help spend my money! Pictures soon to follow!
