Bondurant Advanced Road Racing Class - Track Video

My latest video, this time of a few laps of the Bondurant Advanced Road Racing class. I was driving a 2020 Go Mango 6 spd WB Hellcat Challenger with Goodyear SuperCar3 tires and Powerstop TrackDay pads.
Video shows a good lap I ran and 1 not so good where I found the car's limits, or shall I say I rolled into the throttle too soon before the car was ready for it exiting a corner. Predictable results were seen.

It's OK to explore a car's limits in a controlled environment. That's what learning is all about. It was definitely a lot of fun.

Envious of you man. Looks like a great, and instructive, time. Two questions:

1. How many laps were there before the vid starts? Or were you already familiar with the lay out?

2. What was the windshield stuck screen on the lower left showing?

I would estimate I had 40 laps on the course before what I recorded.
The AIM Solo data acquisition display screen was on the lower left of the windshield.

The school has a lot of them. I was glad they use them as I just asked for the files via email and could analyze them. Based on looking at a few laps I had a very low 1:02 in me if I could pull together a good lap. More practice I guess.

Next time I do something like this I'm bringing my cameras and my AIM Solo. I have in mind trying a C8 next year, possibly at NCM.

Besides the GoPro on your helmet, which other cameras do you have?

Hero(s)? I seem to recall sharing a bracket setup for Heros with you a couple of years ago.

I have a Vantrue dash cam. It shows front and rear from the windshield.
