    FS '23 Durango Hellcat

Dealers order weird stuff, I've noticed. That's why ordering is my preferred method. When looking (nationwide) for cab and chassis Rams, for example, when I did find one to my liking it always had the optional electrically operated transfer case instead of a simple shifter.

I thought the rear bench was standard, and separate seats an option. But don't take my word for it since I'm not seat savvy. I only need front seats. Technically only a driver's seat, really.

It would "only" be from southern Utah, so maybe not all that bad. And I have used a transporter in the past that is both easy to work with and affordable. My girlfriend uses WeatherTech seat covers in the rear for the hound (100+) and is happy with them. And if the incentives for July are as...

Looking for a single catch can…

Okay, this was disappointing. Especially when seeing that Hickster had responded, I really though the title was about finding single wimmin.

Probably identical to the Plus, I'd think. My goal would be to lose some weight back there, maybe gain space for a spare tire or something of more use to me.

Thanks, MikeD1. I'll cross that bridge if I get to it. As of last night a friend in Kentucky is interested. It'd be a bit of a road trip for him, then for both of us from here to the dealer and back. He's business savvy enough to recognize a good deal when he sees one, and I already told him...

If I end up keeping this car, I'll look into what the 3rd row delete consists of. I'm guessing a lid of some sort that covers the void. If so I'll pull the seat out and buy the lid.

I like the Lightweigh Package since I have no use for a third row seat (or even a second row, really). Same with the receiver. I'd never use it, but it and the 3rd row seat comes standard with the Plus model. Just like the sunroof, which I also don't want. My life would've been simpler if...

    FS '23 Durango Hellcat

You could probably have it wrapped in silver for the money saved on this one. Come to think of it, I'm not sure you can get them in silver. Ironically, there's one in Michigan exactly the way I'd want mine, a Base model in Vapor Gray with the Lightweight Performance Package. But they want over...

    FS '23 Durango Hellcat

Well, in this case I'd be dealing with the owner. He has helped me with odds and ends in the past. Easiest for me would be to steer a potential buyer directly to the dealer, but as I recall I kinda got in trouble with the forum (the old one) over that, with a '19 Redeye. And I don't want to...

Thanks, and yes I've heard of that. Hoping to get the MSO not filled in. We'll see how cooperative the dealer is.

    FS '23 Durango Hellcat

My feeble mind has changed, again. Selling an ordered white Durango Hellcat Plus. I have no photos to show as it's not at the dealer yet, and guess that the mileage will be between five and 18 when it arrives. It has no options beyond everything that comes with the Plus package, which...

I think some of us take for granted just how INSANELY complex it is to build a car from scratch

Finally watched the interesting video. But it was sad to see the press that (according to the sign on it) punched big holes in perfectly good metal...for sun roofs.

    RAM 1500 Sport

Hah, I'm safe. My 3500 is an "incomplete vehicle", and I use it strictly to tow with, so it's more of a tractor really.

    Predictive preventative maintenance?

Never knew they need to be trained. I just figured they'd work if I ever hit the horn button.

Stellantis Has Equipped Cars With Emergency Alert System

Dang. We haven't had a night below freezing for quite a while now. It does still get to 35 or so at night, thankfully, but certainly no reason to worry about the wipers or anything else freezing.

    Predictive preventative maintenance?

Especially if the horn works. Not that I know if they do on the Challenger, 1500, or 3500. Much like I don't know if the cruise control works on any of my cars.

    Predictive preventative maintenance?

Okay, full disclosure. I'm too lazy and cheap to change brake components, on any vehicle, so I don't use them unless someone (or myself) screws up. Or, if for some reason, I need to come to a complete stop.
  19. Jimmy N.

    Predictive preventative maintenance?

If they are, I'll never get that message. It's quite rare that I misjudge a curve enough to need to use the brakes.

I don't think it'd disappoint you. Especially with a folding stock.
