It's the Velvet Red, and I don't remember seeing a Pearl Red when ordering.
It's darker than I thought, unless in sunlight, but that's fine for the stealth factor.
Haven't figured out the best way to un-yellow the calipers yet, but the yellow will have to go, somehow.
That white stuff is an...
Yep, I think that one issue people had with the manual hubs was/is that they never locked them in before they were needed. And then it was a bit inconvenient to get out in the snow or mud, and somehow that was the vehicle's fault.
Ironically, it was considered a sin to drive with the hubs...
Hate to tell you, Hunter, but there is no such thing as a "cold air intake" for where you live.
There might be some kind of "Less than stupid hot" intake, and possible with an enlarged drain to counteract the humidity.
I also have that "on demand" setup" on my '14 1500 Ram, and like the function but not that it uses small buttons to operate. My Cherokee XJ had what I think is the same transfer case, but it was operated with a lever.
Ether way, that would be a "full time" 4WD, when in that position.
AWD, as in...
I like your unedited version better. With the keg up front it won't block the front license plate I don't have to have.
Then again, there's definitely something to be said for obstructing the rear plate.
How could I forget? The one thing I don't care for is the minuscule fuel tank.
Not that I've been able to empty it in 13 minutes, but it sure would be nice to be able to drive for a full day without getting fuel. Twice.
I know, but couldn't resist.
Could blame it on my bad knees, but in reality its the extra horsepower and superior performance that makes me pick the most logical transmission.
Just bought a spare Razr (I mangle phones fairly frequently) for $45. It makes and receives call, which is all I ask from my phone.
I like simplicity. Not to the point motorhead does (manuals) where it reduces performance, but still.
I'll steal an idea from JRabq, as in steal from Porsche.
In my case I'd like to be able to eliminate the touch screen and have buttons/switches for controlling the functions I need and want.
A screen has no tactile feel, and requires that I take my eyes off the road to operate it. I really...
This is my favorite sleeper. An MGB, lightened and with a healthy aluminum V8.
No V8 badges, scoops, or any of that nonsense, just almost invisible rear fender flares to accommodate wheels and tires almost twice the stock width.
It even had a better power to weight ratio than my girlfriend's...
I'm afraid you might be right there. I have a set of Husky floor mats for it already...hopefully they'll fit.
I could always grind the "Jeep" lettering off of those mud flaps.
Already have "4x4" and "Limited" badges ordered. Not completely only for the stealth look, but it will be by far the...
Am I enthusiastic about the Trackhawk? I dunno. Never even seen one that I know of, or sat in a regular Grand Cherokee. Never gave them any real thought until recently.
But I am enthused about picking mine up next week. Why a Trackhawk? So that I can enjoy the power and blower whine in the...
That plastic is barely enough to keep a large bumble bee away from the pan. It's not a skid plate by any means.
Personally I wouldn't want to try 200 mph without that plastic, though. Chances are that the front end could get light.
Either way, it was very easy to install James access panel and...
That instead of holding on to the dipstick while lowering the car, I have just left the car stationary and lifted the dipstick instead.
Of course, my lift is kinda slow, like myself, so for me doing it that way is faster.
