    What's this for?

As long as it isn't factory, it's an upgrade.

FYI: Current MY16 M6 Challenger Hellcat value (low miles)

Meh. Being a bit of a rebel (okay, a lot), I don't worry all that much about what I "have to do". Besides, I got plenty of bias ply tires. I really like them in many applications - where the are better than radials.

    FS Trackhawk for sale, probably

Ah, you're missing a 'Hawk in your collection, are you? Or are you well connected in the legal department? Alright, a PM will appear.

Some things are just worth clutching onto. Or not.

My people are researching your people's phone number(s) as I write this.

So you really meant "2020+ are a bit bigger"?

Did you feel that way when the bias ply tires disappeared, too?

I can measure the difference between the '18 and '19 cat heads for you, if you are willing to wait until tomorrow. Too much thunder and rain for me to want to wander out this afternoon.

Oh, and I know why @The Englishman liked the photo. I even thought of you after I had stopped on the wrong side of the road.

    FS Trackhawk for sale, probably

Thanks, Hellcatcfp. Still don't know how that situation will end, but in a way it is related. I would not be surprised if my driving privileges get impacted, and I have way too many cars as it is, that I'm not able to drive as much as I'd like to.

    FS Trackhawk for sale, probably

I'm not sure that it's a good idea, but have been thinking about selling the 2020 Trackhawk. It currently has just under 1,700 miles on it, was broken in correctly, had a 500-mile oil change, and has been treated quite well. Never a 0-60, but a couple of 60-120s, and highway miles only. Been...

Is anyone else here concerned about their well being while driving their Hellcat?

This latest crap hasn't affected me in the least, thankfully. But I've always put an AR behind the seats if I go somewhere outside the 'hood. And that's in case the regular carry pistol won't cut it. Needless to say, there's extra ammo on board for both.

    Latest and greatest radar detectors

I'm sticking with my "old" Valentine Ones. Sure can't see a need for longer range, and I'm very used to them. About the only time I look at them is when I suspect that there may be more than one source, other than that I go by the sound. Of course, no detector helps if the cop uses the...

I never knew there was so much hate on black wheels.

He will paint the wheels black, right? That just looks so 70s.

They're trying to become black, and you're preventing it. That doesn't sound right.

Thankfully, around here a speeding ticket on the open highway doesn't go on your record, normally. Whether this counts as open highway or not remains to be decided. And then there's that little detail about how much over the limit it was.

It may still happen. If so, hopefully before the voting comes to a close.

    June 2020 HFCOTM

I have a Valentine One, which has saved my butt numerous times, but this guy ran silent...until he didn't. And I did have time to pull off on the shoulder, turn the engine off, and walk across the road. I was too close to home to make a run for it and go hide in the garage, way too close with...

I dunno yet. It'll probably be a few weeks before I find out what the damage is.
