    Saving $$$ on Auto insurance

I can see the advantage of agreed value. However, I was too tired last night to realize that you saved $400 by switching, and how that compares for me. Those $400 you saved pays for almost 10 months for me. Seems that you used to pay an awful lot, and now you're just paying a lot. I'll leave...

    Saving $$$ on Auto insurance

Well, in my case (as I recall) there had to be X number of other vehicles on the policy, so I listed a few. The Challenger was still high, and most of the other ones also higher. Tried adding a few other ones instead, but while the Challenger came down a bit, it was still more than I'm paying...

    Saving $$$ on Auto insurance

I don't remember the numbers now, but a while ago I tried Grundy. Aside from that it was a somewhat cryptic process, the Challenger was to become quite a bit more than what I'm paying at State Farm. I may just have got a bad representative that didn't know his stuff, but I gave up.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Been there, done that. Heck, I've even owned a few station wagons (but thankfully never, ever, a minivan). And I have had a sedan, a '65 Cadillac. More engine, less power, but probably never used as a taxi...except maybe in Cuba.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Cool? Nah, mine tend to get warm, sometimes even hot. Fun? More of a necessity, I think. My friend? Yes, that they are. But if I didn't have too many vehicles I wouldn't need any chargers.[/USER]

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Having a couple of backhoes, I'm used to digging holes. But generally they are for myself. Then all I need to do is figure out how to get out of them.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Hey, I only pointed Hemidayz in the right direction. He's on his own now. And that right direction didn't include what to buy (a 2-door, for example), only where to buy it...and without a Lo jack. And what is it they say about Swiss army knives and other multi-function tools? That they can do a...

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Oh, okay. Aren't those chargers called defibrillators?

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

I can't believe that I'm potentially about to become an accomplice in putting one more Charger on the streets.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

If you are, PM me. My favorite dealer isn't all that far from you.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Hemidayz has bought three vehicles so far, from the looks of it.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

Umm, do we know for sure that Hemidayz is male?

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

If you're willing to stray outside your zip code, yes.

is the $4000 lojack fee mandatory?

I don't remember buying a vehicle in my state in many years now. As others have suggested, the entire nation is "my area".

Anybody here remember the old Bias ply tires?

I think it needs to say "Regrooveable" on the sidewall to be legit. And I've only seen that on truck and trailer tires.

    The Official "I ordered" thread

Bummer. Oh well, just drive then. You should go slowly for 500 miles anyway, and surely the cops know what's going on.

    The Official "I ordered" thread

Wouldn't the dealer give you a temporary registration, good for a month or two? And I think those can be extended. We got 1-1/2 months on the 'Hawk (from out of state), and my girlfriend drove it another 1-1/2 months or so after the temporary had expired. Nobody cared.

FCA axes Dodge Journey and Grand Caravan for 2021

I must admit that only a few days ago I was blissfully unaware that these vehicles even existed. Yes, of course I knew that there were minivans, just like I knew about the plague, but that was about it. Although, now that I think about it, there's still a cut-out on the back of my Jeep, from an...

FCA axes Dodge Journey and Grand Caravan for 2021

You do realize that even before that they had figured out what caused kids, right?

Anybody here remember the old Bias ply tires?

I have a couple of grooving irons, but have never used them to increase the tread depth. Instead I tune the tread on tires I use in the dirt, for better traction. Or for better performance in the snow.
