    Trailer

Not quite. The Ram is at about 9,300 lbs. It was a tow filled two days, taking the Caddy to my dealer in southern Utah, then a dealer-trade Jeep to northern Utah, load up the 'Cat and head home. Yeah, it's only two feet long. Didn't really have Challengers in mind when buying that trailer...

In both cases the doors cleared, but while the Caddy was just driven up, the 'Cat required a fair amount of stacking 2x4s and even lifting the front of the trailer up by about a foot above the coupler.

One thing to keep in mind with beavertails is the breakover angle. Of course, that was the least of my worries when picking up the 'Cat. I should've brought much longer ramps, to deal with the minuscule approach angle. And while I prefer side access for the ramps, it really doesn't matter to me...

    Trailer

Unless the 'Cat's lowered, the door should easily clear a typical trailer fender.

What was your out the door price?

And besides, is that out two doors, or four?

Do you cover the two air vents on the hood before a car wash?

You guys probably don't completely agree with that everything from my '14 Ram 1500 to my girlfriend's '19 911 Turbo S and everything in between have been washed exactly once, each. That was a couple of months ago. And that was only because a local wanna-be car detailer had a special. He spent...

No, but hitting the brakes before the next curve should.

Funny that you mention that. I turned the wipers on quite a few times in my Daihatsu Hi Jet after I first got it. Then I got another RHD car, a Jeep JK, but it has the blinker stalk on the left, like I'm used to with LHD, Oh well, it never hurts to pay attention.

Yeah, that's probably what I'm doing wrong - just hitting the switch as in any other vehicle, instead of gingerly bypassing the auto feature(s).

Okay, fine. But how do you get rid of the auto functions??? I may have to poke around and see if AlfaOBD can do it.

Mine does not. It often takes me a few tries to get the window to stop slightly down, where I want it. Sure wish there was no such thing as auto up or auto down.

    Trailer Full!

I don't think I've ever rode in one or drove one, either. And I certainly never had enough tools or patience to own one. Or any Furd for that matter.

    Trailer Full!

Meanwhile, I'm just trying to figure out why a less than a half full trailer is referred to as full. I was close to understanding it, but then Stormtrooper posted a photo and I lost my train of thought.

Who here still likes Hellcat org?

Nothing wrong with visiting over there and reaffirm how much nicer it is over here, with friends. Using the word a bit loosely since some drive Chargers, but still.

Do you cover the two air vents on the hood before a car wash?

We paid $110,000 a piece for them in '87, as tax payers. I got the forklift/crane one (pictured) for about 1/10 of that, with 91 miles on it. And yes, they get to be productive here, instead of taking up space on some government property.

Do you cover the two air vents on the hood before a car wash?

For those who don't have a crane, or live in Hunter's neck of the woods where nature provides frequent undercarriage cleansing, there are other ways to keep the important parts of vehicles clean. Namely, using a forklift or pallet forks. Okay, washing wasn't the purpose here, but you get the...

    Fuel Storage/ additives

Same here, except that I drive if from the lift to the garage, with fresh oil. Then use a battery maintainer maybe once a month or so.

    Fuel Storage/ additives

Well, as far as I know, StaBil only keeps water in check in the fuel. Not when the entire car is under water.

Do you cover the two air vents on the hood before a car wash?

Well, if you guys didn't use that evil magnesium chloride, but salt like civilized people, I wouldn't really have to do these things.

Do you cover the two air vents on the hood before a car wash?

Yeah, I like that little Karcher for small cleanups like this. My Honda powered one hasn't seen much use in the last few years - which happens to coincide with buying the electric one.
