    Considering hellcat durango

There's no need for you to get a Durango Hellcat, Magnified. I just returned from a quick test drive with the new-to-me erzats 'Hawk and can barely tell that there's a 567 hp difference. My bank account will notice the $68K price difference, though. Now I just need to drive a lot, taking...

    Rear Deck, Stripes Peeling.. HELP!

Looks like I'll be getting the decal sent to me. Then I will likely check with the shop that did the tinting on the Challenger, as they also do stripes and such. Or, I could install it myself. Couldn't do much worse than the factory did, right?

    2011 Challenger srt8 392 slow battery drain

Good point. I learned pretty quickly not to leave the MM3 monitor plugged in on my Ram.

    Rear Deck, Stripes Peeling.. HELP!

Today I noticed similar damage to a piece on the hood of my girlfriend's TRX. That one is about a month old, never seen a car wash, or 400 mph. Definitely not taking it back to the selling dealer (450 miles away) and not so sure it's worth a trip to the local dealer (only 100 miles)...only to...

    2011 Challenger srt8 392 slow battery drain

Just pull all the fuses every night. And don't forget to reinsert them before driving.

Need advice on fighting the dreaded steering wheel vibration

In an ideal world, both the wheel and the tire would be near perfect. But then there's real life. Having a wheel that isn't perfect can be very helpful when match balancing, using the two discrepancies to cancel each other out, which can be much easier than balancing a so-so tire on a perfect...

Need advice on fighting the dreaded steering wheel vibration

Yes, the balance should last more than 3,000 miles. You may want to find a better tire store if that one told you that road force balancing isn't needed if it's been done once. Also, why on earth road force balance only two out of four??!? Anyway, the Smart Weight setting is a "close enough"...

Need advice on fighting the dreaded steering wheel vibration

First: Are your tires being balance correctly, with Smart Weight disabled? Second: We both know that commercial use is hard on tires (taxis are considered commercial). Third: Unless you get noticeable feathering on the outside shoulders, the canyon runs shouldn't affect balance. And lastly...

Can the Ram 1500 TRX Still Be Cool Without 702 HP? We Think So

Not quite. It's a maintenance vehicle, with a meaningful PTO driven generator, compressor, etc. in the aluminum box. But the best part is that those also came with a front LSD and an NP205 transfer case. Not even 7,000 miles on this one. Wanna buy it? By the way, the M1008 pulling the...

Can the Ram 1500 TRX Still Be Cool Without 702 HP? We Think So

Thanks. I have two more 6.2s. A stock Suburban and an M1031.

Can the Ram 1500 TRX Still Be Cool Without 702 HP? We Think So

Umm, guess I'm not a buyer then. I'd like mine to run like this... ...but look like this.

Can the Ram 1500 TRX Still Be Cool Without 702 HP? We Think So

Because it works just fine for what I'm using it for now...pulling trailers on the property.

Can the Ram 1500 TRX Still Be Cool Without 702 HP? We Think So

That's only because you haven't seen my Chevy with a 6.2 and a Banks turbo. And yes, it's a diesel.

Can the Ram 1500 TRX Still Be Cool Without 702 HP? We Think So

Ooh, it would be great if they released a 392 version. Or better yet, one with the Ecodiesel. I've wondered how the heck to make the TRX look more like a regular 1500. Unlike a 'Cat, or Trackhawk, where a simple debadging does the job, it won't be that easy with a TRX. Unless they become...

Bought a new to me truck!

It's still here. Only have a down payment on it. But now that you mention it...it's still mine. I should drive it. And it is yellow, so an unreasonable facsimile of a grader. Hmm.

    Auto Transport and Advice requested

Magnified, we're not discussing a taxi here, but a Challenger. They deserve better treatment.

Bought a new to me truck!

Hmm. I completely forgot about the desire to buy one of those. Dang it, now you awakened it.

    TRX Orders

Okay, but I don't have ChargerChallenger's address. Do you?

    TRX Orders

Not yet. It's starting to look like ChargerChallenger's place here.
