    USED CAR MARKET IS INSANE!!!!!!!

I know that it can be financially advantageous, but I have that stupid thing called pride (no, not that kind!) that makes me want to actually own what I have. To me it's basically that "the real money" stays in investments, while the "play money" is used for everything else.

    USED CAR MARKET IS INSANE!!!!!!!

Dang it, Hellcatcfp. It sounds like I should go out and find something to owe on. I rather enjoyed me debt free life.

    USED CAR MARKET IS INSANE!!!!!!!

For the first time ever I think it could be beneficial to have payments on vehicles. Buy them with 84 months loans, or whatever it is these days, and towards the end the dollar may be so weak that a $1,000/mo payment is really only $100.

    USED CAR MARKET IS INSANE!!!!!!!

There, I fixed it for you. And as a bonus, you won't need to pay any ADM.

    USED CAR MARKET IS INSANE!!!!!!!

I also sold a couple. Most noteworthy is the '20 'Hawk, which I got some $4K more for than I had paid about 16 months earlier. Okay, so far so good, but what blew me away was when I found it for sale in Oklahoma for $97,5K. That's for a '20 with low miles, but still...MSRP was about $82K.

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

Taxis are supposed to have black wheels, are they not? At least I always thought it's one of those cost cutting measures on fleet vehicles.

    Locking in discounts

Or at least they seem to be willing to match the best price.

    Patched tire

Yeah, in theory you could plug it, patch it, and run a tube. But I wouldn't run tubes.

    Patched tire

Not if you have fender skirts.

OOF.....V-8 Superchargers soon to not be welcome here!

If/when we get hydrogen powered cars, I would hope that it's contained in a vessel that's much stronger than a battery case.

    Patched tire

Now that you mention it, yes. And actually more than that. But I prefer to keep her alive and well, or I'd lose many perks that money can't buy.

    Patched tire

I put a Safety Seal plug in one of my girlfriend's 911 Turbo S tires about two years ago. That's technically not a repair, just a fix, but I have enough faith in those plugs after decades of using them that I trust them not only for myself, but for her even faster cars, too.

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

If you order yellow on a Ram it's considered a fleet color.

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

    People like Hellcatcfp does.

OOF.....V-8 Superchargers soon to not be welcome here!

My '13 Golf R had that crap. Called "Sound Kommander" or something to that effect. No way to eliminate it, either.

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

Yeah, or on a yellow car. For some reason I don't mind that combination.

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

I thought black wheels were a nice change, on some vehicles, on some wheels, when they started to become popular some 20-25 years ago. To say that I'm beyond tired of them now would be a severe understatement. I gladly paid the extra $500 to get away from the black wheels on the Trackhawk, even...

    Hello from Houston

Almost time for the big door prize!

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

That's how I drive my Challenger, as a sports car. Being used to much lighter sports cars, it was a pleasant surprise to find out how well it handles the twisties. Which is a very good thing since we don't have a lot of straight sections of road around here. Okay, so it's no Lotus Super Seven...

    Challenger Wheels... Which Look Best?

Kind of, except with a trailer. Still a bit miffed that Cooper Tires wouldn't let me onto their wet track. That would've been a much safer place to find out what I can and can't get away with.
